Joshua 9

wants to share some thoughts on Joshua 9.
There was two mistakes made 1. They did not consult God before making a decision of such importance and they did not check the gideonites story. Their error serves as a warning for us and reminds us to not make the same error. We have the same enemy who seeks to help us build a self reliance and pride in ourselves. Thankfully we have a God who can use our bad decision. 3 keys for decision making are
1. Who is at the centre of your life. Joshua 24:15
2. Become familiar with the how to live manual! Joshua 1:7-9
3. Choose your human counsel wisely. Psalm 1:1
God is in the business of restoration all we need to do is call out to him.
